HAKAN KARA

He graduated from Ankara Atatürk High School in 2013 and Anadolu University Faculty of Law in 2018. He studied European Union Law in Lithuania for one year as an exchange student. He took part in the organization of various international congresses in the field of law education. He holds Sports Law and Information Technology Law certificates. He speaks English fluently.
